Description
Flexible sleeve expansion joint provides great convenience for water supply pipeline,water tower,water pump,water meter and valve to install and detach.It also can compensate the expansion or contraction caused by temperature change.
The material of the inner the product includes cast iron(HT),ductile cast iron(QT), Carbon steel(Q235),and stainless steel(304,316).
Loose the gland bolts before installs it, then pull the product to the installation length and fasten it,squash is forbidden.Sometimes,fixed supports on the both side are necessary.
The flange conection adopts the standard of GB/T9115-2000.

The expansion joints are sealed by rubber rings and they can’t withstand the axial tension themselves. Generally, they are installed on the Straight Pipeline. If they are installed near bent pipes or T-tubes, buttresses are needed to prevent them from leaking
Single-plate Short Pipes can be substituted by casting iron straight pipes
